Mail: Write to us at our mailing address via regular post including the item that you would like to purchase and the payment method you would prefer.

As soon as we receive your order we will contact you concering the availability of the item. Most of our jewelry is one of a kind and therefore subject to prior sale.

Shipping
We ship by trackable carriers such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express. The merchandise is insured for the amount of the purchase. Shipping, Handling,Declared Value/Insurance and Processing charges are not refundable. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.

Return Policy
You will have 7 days after receiving your merchandise to review and approve it. If you would like to return the merchandise it will need to be shipped via trackable United Parcel Service or Federal Express, fully insured and postage paid by the 7th day. The item must be shipped in its original package with original invoices. Otherwise you will be refunded with a merchandise credit. Shipping,Insurance/Declared Value, Handling and Processing charges will be deducted from your refund.
Sale, Clearance and Discounted Merchandise are considered a Final Sale.

If an item has been altered, damaged or scratched in any way, it will be shipped back to the purchaser.
